HartlePower is a community interest company in Hartlepool that filled the gap when Hartlepool Voluntary Development Agency closed in 2017. They run a fortnightly VCS Sector Connector forum, send a sector newsletter, give free advice on setting up community groups, run a car club, fit solar panels and signpost residents to cheap broadband and energy advice. The aim is to strengthen local groups and help residents reduce living costs.
