Hastings Therapy Centre, founded in 2023 as part of registered charity Brighton Therapy Centre, runs from 17 Havelock Road, Hastings TN34 1BP (01424 236799). Three therapy rooms host individual, couples, group, family and young peoples counselling and coaching using integrative, humanistic, psychodynamic, body-movement psychotherapy, EMDR and CBT approaches. Sessions are available in person, online or by phone. Initial consultations can be booked online and subsidised low-cost places support those on low incomes.
