HAVCO is the umbrella organisation for the voluntary and community sector in Havering. From Community House in Romford they offer governance support, funding advice, training, networking and a community building hire to local groups. HAVCO also delivers programmes that connect residents with volunteering, well-being and skills opportunities, and brings the sector together with NHS, council and police partners through forums and consortia.
