Havering Mind is an independent local Mind serving Havering, Barking and Dagenham (charity 1108470) based at Harrow Lodge House, Hornchurch Road, Hornchurch RM11 1JU. Call 01708 457040 Monday to Friday 9am-4.30pm or email reach.us@haveringmind.org.uk to access services. These include the Gateway telephone service, a Maternal Health Programme that supported 618 women last year, peer support, advocacy, mental health awareness training, plus targeted help for Ukrainian refugees and the Armed Forces community. Last year 4,838 people were supported.
