How Are You (HAY) is a community engagement team within Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust that connects community assets to clinical mental health care. The HAY family of sites - HAY Cambridge, HAY South Cambs, HAY East Cambs, HAY Fenland, HAY Hunts and HAY Peterborough - lists local community activities, social prescribing routes, mental wellbeing support, money advice and physical activity sessions. The Activities section helps users connect, get active, learn new skills, be creative, explore outdoors or volunteer, and a Support section signposts services for many life challenges.
