Healthwatch Barking and Dagenham is the independent voice for residents who use NHS and social care services across the borough, based at Lifeline House, 25 Neville Road, Dagenham RM8 3QS. The freephone information line on 0800 298 5331 runs Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. The team carries out Enter and View visits to local services and runs the BanD Together Routemaster, a single signposting tool that takes account of multiple complex needs and routes people to benefits, local agencies and other support organisations.
