Healthwatch Blackpool is the independent local champion for people using NHS and social care services. Hosted by Empowerment Charity, it listens to residents experiences, signposts people to the right service, and uses feedback to push for improvements. Anyone can share a story online, by phone or in person, and ask for advice about navigating local health and care.
