Healthwatch Coventry is the citys independent statutory champion for users of NHS and social care. The team carries out Enter and View visits to local services, including outpatient reviews at University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire, plus checks on Housing with Care schemes. Recent outreach has focused on Deaf residents and their hospital experiences. They give advice on making complaints, run focus groups and support case studies for residents needing help navigating care.
