Independent local champion gathering and acting on resident feedback about NHS and social care services in Derby city.

Healthwatch Derby is the independent statutory body for the city. They listen to people speaking about their experiences of GPs, hospitals, dentists, pharmacies and care providers, then share that feedback with NHS leaders to improve services. They also signpost residents to local support, help people make complaints and run information sessions across Derby. Anyone living in the city can contact them confidentially by phone, email or online survey.
