Healthwatch Dorset is the statutory health and care champion for residents of Dorset and BCP. The team has recently published an Enter and View report on the new Emergency Department at Royal Bournemouth Hospital, plus research on healthcare experiences of immigrant communities in Bournemouth and on homelessness and health. They also offer a service directory, complaint guidance, news and advice articles on topics from mental health to pharmacy waiting times.
