Independent champion gathering and acting on public feedback about NHS and care services across Gloucestershire.
Healthwatch Gloucestershire listens to peoples experiences of health and social care across the county and feeds that into improvement. Volunteers run Enter and View visits to local care homes and hospitals to gather patient experience. Recent reports have looked at the NHS App and at Sjogrens syndrome. The team also gives free advice on accessing GPs, finding services and making complaints, and lets residents share views online, by phone or email.
