Independent health and social care champion for Hackney — collects patient feedback and signposts to local services.
Healthwatch Hackney is the boroughs independent statutory champion for users of NHS and social care. The team runs Enter and View visits to local services, a System Influencers Programme for young people aged 16 to 25, and a Health Spot at the Forest Road Youth Hub. Current priorities include childrens mental health and older adult care. Residents can share views online or by phone, get help making complaints and use a service locator tool.
