Healthwatch Havering is the independent voice for people who use NHS and social care services in the borough. Based at Queens Court, 9 to 17 Eastern Road, Romford and reachable on 01708 303 300, the team gathers experiences of GP practices, hospitals, dentists, mental health and care home services. They have recently visited the Frailty Ward and Same Day Emergency Care for older people at Queens Hospital. A Friends Network keeps residents updated on changes to local services.
