Healthwatch Herefordshire is the countys independent and free health and social care champion. The team helps people share experiences online or by phone, gives guidance on out-of-hours care and pharmacy services, and supports people through complaints, including directing them to PALS. Recent research has examined emergency department attendance, ambulance experiences and NHS care for domestic abuse survivors. They publish quarterly activity reports on engagement and impact.
