Independent statutory body in Stevenage gathering feedback about NHS and social care, providing free information about health services across Hertfordshire.
Healthwatch Hertfordshire is the independent statutory champion for people who use NHS and social care services across the county. The team listens to residents through surveys, online feedback and direct contact and uses it to influence local decision-makers. Recent work has addressed cost-of-living impacts on healthcare, discrimination affecting Black and Asian communities, dental care barriers for children with additional needs and mental health stigma. They also run volunteering opportunities and awareness events.
