Healthwatch Islington gathers residents views about NHS and social care services and uses that feedback to push for change. Recent projects include prostate cancer awareness work with underserved communities, culturally tailored physical activity programmes for older men, autism awareness workshops, cervical screening uptake support and measles vaccination education. The team also signposts people to services and offers help with childhood vaccination questions and complaints.
