Healthwatch Kent is the independent statutory voice for patients across Kent, with outreach from Dover to Dartford. The team offers free advice and information, helps with NHS complaints and signposts to social care, carers assessments and safeguarding support. Current projects include a housing and health impact study, an NHS complaints system investigation, an Armed Forces Veterans health project, ADHD assessment research and pharmacy services feedback. Community forums cover older people and physical disability.
