Healthwatch Kingston, now operating as New Dialogue, is the Royal Borough of Kingstons consumer champion for people who use health and social care. Current initiatives include an Early Years study covering children aged 0 to 5, a bereavement services mapping project across South West London, work on accessibility for socially isolated disabled adults, and Enter and View visits to care homes. The team also runs a local services search tool and complaint support.
