Healthwatch Leeds
Social Connection & Community · Charity · Leeds (citywide)
Independent champion of people using health and social care services in Leeds with free advice and signposting.
Healthwatch Leeds was established in 2013 as the independent voice of people who use health and social care services in the city. It runs a free and confidential advice, information and signposting service, helping people find local services, understand how to access support and make a complaint. The team gathers experiences from the public and ensures their views influence how services are planned, including carrying out Enter and View visits to NHS and adult social care settings.
