Healthwatch Lincolnshire is the independent watchdog for people who use NHS and social care services across the county. They listen to thousands of patient and carer experiences each year, signpost people to the right local services, and use feedback to push providers to improve care. The team offer telephone, online and face-to-face guidance, help people understand how to complain, and publish reports on issues including carers and care home experiences.
