Healthwatch Medway is the independent voice for people who use health and social care in Medway. The team gathers user experiences and publishes reports on health inequalities, with recent focus on Deaf community access and mental health support. Guidance is available on adult social care, carers assessments, GP registration, mental health support for young people, falls prevention and NHS access for refugees and asylum seekers. Residents can also access safeguarding advice.
