Healthwatch North Yorkshire is the independent statutory champion for people using health and social care across North Yorkshire. They listen to experiences with GPs, hospitals, dentists, pharmacies and care homes and feed these into NHS leaders to improve standards. They offer free advice on navigating services and complaints, run enter-and-view inspections and have specific focus areas including farmers mental health and reasonable adjustments for people with learning disabilities. Based in Harrogate.
