Independent health and social care champion for Redbridge residents, running information, signposting and the HWR Community Network.
Healthwatch Redbridge is a registered charity that gathers patient and public feedback on health and care in the borough and uses it to influence improvement. Programmes include Enter and View visits to care facilities, the Maternity and Neonatal Independent Senior Advocate role and support for hidden carers in migrant communities. Recent research includes an NHS App usability study. They also run a community network linking local voluntary sector partners and provide a directory of GPs, dentists, hospitals and mental health support.
