Healthwatch Sandwell gathers public feedback on health and care services across West Bromwich, Oldbury, Smethwick, Tipton, Wednesbury and Rowley Regis. Programmes include a Youthwatch youth programme, Enter and View visits to care facilities and a service directory to help residents locate local NHS and social care providers. The team also offers advice on NHS prescription eligibility and emergency preparedness, and supports people with complaints. Volunteering opportunities and community events are open to local residents.
