Healthwatch Shropshire is the statutory independent body listening to people across Shropshire about their NHS and social care experiences. Authorised representatives carry out Enter and View visits, and the team delivers an Independent NHS Complaints Advocacy Service across the county. Recent reports include a May 2026 study on medication access in Shropshire and evaluations of spinal injuries facilities. Volunteers Week activities took place in June 2026 alongside ongoing COVID-19 vaccination outreach.
