Healthwatch Slough is the towns independent watchdog for health and social care, ensuring people who use services are heard by those who run them. Major projects include a GP Access Report, Enter and View visits to care facilities and The Big Health Chat community engagement work. The team also offers guidance on NHS dentist access and waiting for planned care, and runs an Advisory Group plus student volunteering positions for those keen to get involved.
