Healthwatch Suffolk is the countys independent health and care champion, based at Unit 2 Norfolk House, Lion Barn Industrial Estate, Needham Market IP6 8RW. The team runs a Feedback Centre allowing anonymous online ratings of services, a freephone helpline on 0800 488 8234 for signposting and complaints support and an online engagement tool for residents to tell health and care bosses what is and is not working in Suffolk.
