Healthwatch Torbay is the independent consumer champion for health and social care for over 130,000 residents across Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. The team is based at Room 17, Paignton Library and Information Centre, Great Western Road, Paignton TQ4 5AG and runs a freephone on 0800 520 0640 staffed 10am to 4pm Monday to Thursday. Recent work includes research on digital healthcare access and hospital corridor care, plus quarterly impact reports.
