Healthwatch Tower Hamlets is the independent champion for NHS and social care users in the borough. The team gathers feedback through surveys, events and outreach, publishes quarterly patient experience reports, and helps residents navigate the NHS complaints process. Recent work has focused on older people from Chinese, Vietnamese, Somali and Jewish communities, with research projects supported by staff, interns and volunteers across Tower Hamlets.
