Independent voice gathering public views on Walsall NHS and care services.
Healthwatch Walsall is the independent voice for people using NHS and social care services in the borough. The team runs surveys, Enter and View inspections of GP surgeries and care homes, and free digital skills sessions to build online confidence. Recent projects have looked at maternity experiences for Black and Asian women and the care of neurodivergent service users. Volunteers help with board work and outreach.
