Healthwatch Waltham Forest is the local champion for users of NHS and social care services. Over the past year the team has helped more than 8,400 residents share their views and published 54 reports, with a Good Care Framework now built into local strategy. Current projects include the Locality Hub healthcare space survey and outreach to Romanian residents, young people and those experiencing homelessness. Volunteers help gather patient experiences.
