Healthwatch Windsor, Ascot and Maidenhead is the independent champion for people using NHS and social care services and is hosted by the charity Help and Care. The team gathers feedback, runs Enter and View visits to care homes, helps people make complaints and signposts to local services. Recent reports include The Big Health Chat, a GP Access Survey, the December 2025 Oxford House care home report and community engagement on the new Frimley hospital.
