Healthwatch West Sussex is hosted by Help and Care and gathers patient experiences across the county. The team runs Enter and View inspections, supports NHS and adult social care complaints, and runs polls on topics like nicotine pouches and musculoskeletal services. Recent reports include the June 2026 Lived Experience of Homelessness study and a survey of MSK services in Sussex. A monthly Heads Up newsletter and youth engagement programmes round out the work.
