Independent champion gathering views on health and care across Worcestershire.

Healthwatch Worcestershire is the independent voice for people who use NHS and social care services across the county. The team listens to views on GPs, hospitals, dentists, pharmacies and care providers, and asks the NHS and council to act on the findings. Current research includes surveys on serious mental illness care, prostate cancer experiences and how patients access NHS information. The team also signposts to the right service and explains how to complain.
