Free volunteer-led 45-minute health walks across Chelmsford district linked to Ramblers Wellbeing Walks programme.
Heart and Sole is a free health-walk scheme run by volunteers with support from Chelmsford City Council's Community Sport and Wellbeing Team, linked to the Ramblers Wellbeing Walks programme. Most walks last around 45 minutes at a moderate pace through Chelmsford countryside, with weekly walks at Admirals Park, Anglia Ruskin, Beaulieu Park, Bell Meadow, Chelmer Village, Galleywood, Great Baddow, Newlands Spring, Riverside, Springfield and Writtle, plus monthly walks at Channels, Hanningfield Reservoir and Moulsham Mill. Walks do not run on bank holidays; volunteers can be contacted on 07973 671905.
