Cardiomyopathy UK is the UK national cardiomyopathy charity offering a nurse helpline, peer support and information for families
Cardiomyopathy UK is the UK national cardiomyopathy charity. Its free Genetic and Nurse Helpline on 0800 018 1024 connects people with specialist cardiac nurses and genetic advice for hereditary concerns. Heart to Heart telephone peer support, an extensive network of online and in-person support groups and an annual National Conference are also available. Information covers dilated, hypertrophic, arrhythmogenic, restrictive, peripartum and Takotsubo cardiomyopathy, plus amyloidosis, myocarditis and heart failure. Around 1 in 250 people are affected. Open to everyone, including family at risk.
