Help on Your Doorstep (charity 1133145) works to improve the health and wellbeing of vulnerable and isolated residents in Islington. The Connect service offers information, guidance and referrals to other local support. The team is based at 13 Elliotts Place, London N1 8HX and the phone line on 020 3931 6080 is open weekdays except Wednesday, 10am to 4pm. Early intervention and partnership work aim to prevent crises before they escalate.
