Local mental health charity offering support groups, crisis help and counselling in Herefordshire.
Herefordshire Mind is the local Mind for the county, working from 130-132 Widemarsh Street, Hereford HR4 9HN. The Safe Haven crisis prevention service is free and runs 365 days a year, 5pm-10pm on 01432 372407, with same-day phone support or appointments. The team also offers self-referral counselling, community support, link workers (GP referral needed), residential services, support after suicide and peer groups for anxiety, autism, men, parents, transgender people and creative therapies. Donations stay in Herefordshire.
