Countywide free helpline run by Refuge for anyone in Hertfordshire affected by domestic abuse, open seven days a week.
The Hertfordshire Domestic Abuse Helpline on 08 088 088 088 is a confidential service for victim-survivors, family members, professionals and perpetrators. Trained workers help with safety planning, signposting to refuges, IDVAs and legal services, plus emotional support, and information on coercive control, financial abuse, elder abuse and honour-based abuse. Lines run Monday to Friday 9am-9pm and weekends 9am-4pm, with a web chat option. The helpline is part of the Herts Sunflower Partnership.
