Hertfordshire Mind Networks Watford Wellbeing Centre at 501 St Albans Road, Watford WD24 7RZ delivers recovery-orientated mental health support for adults in south-west Herts. Provision includes one-to-one practical and emotional support, counselling, wellbeing courses, anxiety management, peer support groups, womens coffee mornings, yoga and arts and crafts. The wider Network supported 17,219 people last year and also runs the Nightlight Crisis Service daily 7pm-1am. Phone 020 3727 3600.

Who it's for
Who they help: Adults experiencing mental health difficulties, plus children and young people through specialist programmes.
Eligibility: Adults aged 18+ living in Hertfordshire (dedicated services for 5-18 year olds also available). Referrals via GP, mental health teams or self-referral.

Not suitable for: This service is only for people who live in Hertfordshire. People in other counties should contact their local Mind branch instead.
