NHS Talking Therapies service for anxiety, depression and trauma covering North & East Hertfordshire including Stevenage, Hatfield, Hertford and Welwyn Garden City.
Hertfordshire Talking Therapies for North and East Hertfordshire is the NHS service for people aged 16 and over registered with a GP in Stevenage, Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City, Letchworth, Hitchin, Hertford, Ware, Bishops Stortford, Cheshunt and surrounding areas. Delivered by HPFT with Mind in Mid Herts and Hertfordshire Mind Network, it provides talking treatments for mild to moderate depression and anxiety. Self, GP or partner referrals via 0800 6444 101.

Who it's for
Who they help: Adults with anxiety, depression, panic, PTSD, OCD, phobias, stress and low self-esteem
Eligibility: Adults 16+ registered with a GP in North or East Hertfordshire experiencing common mental health difficulties.
Area covered: Hertfordshire East
Not suitable for: This service is only for people aged 16+ registered with a GP in North or East Hertfordshire. People with a West Herts GP should use the West Herts Talking Therapies service. People in acute crisis should call SPA 0800 6444 101.
