Hertswise dementia and memory-loss partnership running activities at the Hailey Centre in Sawbridgeworth.
Hertswise supports people with dementia, low-level memory loss or mild cognitive impairment plus their carers, delivered by Age UK Hertfordshire, HILS, Herts Mind Network and Carers in Hertfordshire. Dementia Hub sessions at the Hailey Centre in Sawbridgeworth offer activities, information and a supportive community for a £5 contribution per session, with carers attending free.
