Drop-in mental health and wellbeing hub in Whitehaven offering warm support, peer help and a virtual safe haven seven days a week.
Hope Haven is a mental health and wellbeing hub in the heart of Whitehaven, delivered by the West Cumbria Mental Health Partnership. The hub welcomes any adult who needs emotional, practical or social support — no appointment or referral needed. The town-centre space is open mornings to midnight on weekdays and evenings at weekends. A Virtual Safe Haven gives online appointments with a support worker between 4pm and midnight, seven days a week.
