Hope House Childrens Hospices runs two hospices, Hope House in Oswestry (opened 1995) and Ty Gobaith in Conwy (opened 2004), supporting babies, children and young people up to 18 with life-threatening conditions in Shropshire, Cheshire, North and Mid Wales. Doctors, nurses and carers provide respite, symptom management and end-of-life care at the hospice or at home, plus counselling, advocacy and bereavement support, with the team available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
