Free hospice nursing at home, lymphoedema care, family and bereavement support across Allerdale and Copeland.
Hospice at Home West Cumbria provides specialist hospice nursing in patients own homes across Allerdale and Copeland, free of charge. Based at Workington Community Hospital, the team also runs the Therapy, Resource and Information Centre offering complementary therapies, counselling and lymphoedema care. Family and bereavement support gives one-to-one sessions, group programmes and remembrance events for adults and children, before and after the death of someone close.
