Hourglass is the UK only national charity dedicated to ending the abuse of older people, promoting Safer Ageing. The 24/7 helpline runs on 0808 808 8141, with a free text service on 07860 052906. Office enquiries go to 020 8835 9280 Mon-Fri or enquiries@wearehourglass.org. Support covers physical, financial, psychological, sexual and economic abuse, neglect and coercive control. A Knowledge Bank, policy resources and volunteering opportunities are available. Open to older people experiencing abuse, plus families, friends and professionals.
