Howgill Family Centre has supported families in Whitehaven and Copeland for over 40 years. From its headquarters in Cleator Moor and sites in Mirehouse, Hensingham, Kells and Whitehaven, the charity provides Ofsted-registered nurseries, family support, parenting groups, training and outreach for children aged 0-5 and their families. Specialist work supports families dealing with poverty, isolation, parental health issues and special educational needs.
