Hull & East Yorkshire Mind is the local independent mental health charity working across Hull and East Riding. They provide one-to-one counselling for adults and young people aged 6-18, peer support, creative wellbeing groups, an eating disorders service, a Crisis Pad, social housing support, and bereavement-by-suicide help. A 24-hour Mental Health Advice and Support Line is available for anyone needing urgent emotional support in the area.
