Free drop-in support for 14-25-year-olds in Eastbourne on mental wellbeing, jobs, housing and education.
The Eastbourne i-Rock hub is one of three East Sussex sites (alongside Hastings and Newhaven) offering free drop-in support to young people aged 14 to 25. Workers help with emotional and mental wellbeing, jobs, education and housing. Drop in face to face on opening days or use the virtual service through Attend Anywhere, with live chat by video, audio or text on weekdays from 11am to 6pm. Email irockeastsussex at spft nhs uk to arrange an in-person appointment. The service is run by Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust with partner agencies.
