Free drop-in support for 14-25-year-olds in Hastings on mental wellbeing, jobs, housing and education.
i-Rock is a free Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust service for young people aged 14 to 25 in East Sussex, with the Hastings hub one of three sites (alongside Eastbourne and Newhaven). It offers face-to-face appointments plus a virtual service on Attend Anywhere with live chat by video, audio or text on weekdays 11am to 6pm.
